Who we are
Founded by Thea, Maidin is the culmination of over 11 years of dedication and passion in the hospitality industry. Thea’s journey began with a Culinary Arts Degree in 2020, which propelled her into the vibrant London culinary scene.
From bartending and waitressing to mastering the art of pastry and working as a private chef, Thea has done it all. Her diverse experiences reached new heights when she ventured into the film industry, serving as head craft chef on major productions like Warner Bros.’ Wonka.
Most recently, she worked as a private chef on a Netflix production, catering to stars such as George Clooney, Adam Sandler, and Noah Baumbach.

We understand the demanding nature of the industry and strive to offer a service that is as reliable as it is innovative. We meticulously craft each dish to provide not only sustenance but also a moment of joy and relaxation amidst the hectic pace of film production. Our menu features a diverse array of options, from rich and aromatic coffees to wholesome and delicious snacks, all made with the finest ingredients and a touch of love.
